Eleisha has held senior roles with O.C. Tanner Recognition Company (a global industry leader in recognition and engagement practices) as well as Forrester Research, leading global research company working with Global CEO’s and their Executive Team on industry trends and advisement.

Currently, Eleisha is the Founder of InspireWorx and an executive coach heading up Engage & Grow Global in Canada.  Eleisha is also the host and contributor of the Podcast Show “Pulse of the People” interviewing global leaders and influencers on why now is the time to lead in our new world of work.
